Washing dishes in plastic bags
I'm told washing cloths works too.

This blog is dedicated to the proposition that "you can never have too many plastic bags on a camping trip." They are the duct tape of camping. Of course we encourage "Leave No Trace" camping once you've left...but while you are there.... Plastic Bags!!!
